If you’re reading this and running into problems described above, then you are probably looking for a better alternative to Bluestacks. Another con of using Bluestacks is that there have been reports of users having problems with controls when running their favorite Android apps on their computer. One downside is that Bluestacks is quite heavy for an Android emulator and takes up a significant amount of RAM to run efficiently (at least 4GB). While it works and is undoubtedly one of the best, Bluestacks isn’t perfect and unfortunately has it’s cons that are worth considering. Most of the rest simply haven’t been updated or in active development in years and don’t really work well anymore with newer operating systems and hardware.Bliss OS is the best alternative to both of them. It was one of our favorite options while it was available. In any case, you can still find downloads for it, but we don’t recommend them. It declined in quality quite dramatically before the end, so we should’ve taken it off of our list sooner. The official website is down, and you can only find downloads from third-party sites. YouWave, a once-popular option, seems to have been discontinued.It has been quite some time since the site went down, so we assume development has ceased. However, the website appears to be down as of the time of this writing. KoPlayer was an outstanding Android emulator for gamers.
However, it is no longer actively updated, so we removed it from the list.
